Love is in the Air

This is Carter and his friend Lila. Lila came over to play the other night while her mom and dad went out on a date. Lila is 10 weeks older than Carter so she can roll around and has a little more control when she reaches. She kept reaching for Carter's face. It was so cute. Sometimes Carter was loving it and then a minute later he looked scared. Typical boy, can't make up his mind. Get use to it Lila. Those boys are trouble. I love the top picture where Carter looks like he is pushing her away and freaking out. As you can see, he warms up to her. By the end we had to pull them apart!! ;)

Thank God for Dads

Here is my little man. We had just finished changing his diaper and he looks so cute. I couldn't help but take some pictures.

New Things:

He looks like it won't be too long until he rolls over.

He holds his head up non-stop when he is on his belly.

He is on a 4 hour eating schedule now.

He has been going to the nursery at church, school, and the gym. He does great!!

He sits up really well in his Bumbo seat.

So Saturday, I went to lunch and a movie with some friends. This meant that daddy and Carter got a lot of quality time. Adam decided that he wanted to work on some projects that required a trip to Lowe's. He went to Lowe's first, carrying the carrier with Carter in it into the store. Carter usually does great in the carrier, but this time he just wanted daddy to hold him. So Adam walked around Lowe's pushing a cart with a carrier on it and holding Carter. All this while he loaded supplies for his projects. Then Adam had to go to Home Depot. Since Carter had not like the seat in Lowe's Adam jut carried Carter into home Depot. Well, Adam realized that all of Home Depot's stuff was cheaper so he loaded up the cart all while carrying Carter. By the way, Carter was not a fan of Home Depot cutting into his nap time. He let Home Depot and all that entered know this. As soon as Adam got out the the car and put him in his seat he stopped crying. I found all of this amusing! Adam is a wonderful daddy. Thank you for letting me have some girl time!

Here are some of Carter's 3 month pictures. As you can see, he was not happy about all the poses. I know he is crying in the bird bath but he looks so cute. Gigi, I couldn't help myself putting the picture of you and him on here. He really loves his Gigi and is usually smiling for her, but he was tired of the photo session at this point.

He is becoming such a big boy. I just loves these pictures and have probably 100 more that I took. I am sure you will get to see more on future post. I hope you my little man as much as I do!!

As I said in my previous post, I was and still am amazed at every part of pregnancy. I don't understand how you could be pregnant and not believe in God. Here are some pictures of Carter as God was putting on all the finishing touches.

The top picture is the day we found out that Carter was a boy. The bottom picture is our first ultrasound. Can you believe that little bean holds everything that makes up Carter. WOW!
